Fatayer (Meat, Cheese & Spinach) Workshop
Come join us for a baking workshop where you'll learn how to make delicious fatayer, a traditional Levantine meat pie! These savory treats can also be filled with spinach or various types of cheese, such as feta or akkawi. A staple of Levantine cuisine, fatayer are often served for breakfast or as a snack with tea.
What to expect from this workshop:
How to weigh/measure dry and wet ingredients using the right tools.
Make the dough from scratch.
Prepare different fillings (spinach, meat, and cheese).
Learn more baking tips from the expert.
Take your freshly baked goodies home.

About the instructor Hina Shaheen:
Hina is a Certified Wilton Instructor and has attended several cake decorating workshops with leading cake artists around the world. She has been passionately baking and decorating cakes over the last 10 years. Hina loves to create innovative cake designs, and she also likes to try different techniques and master them so she can teach them to others. She is our Wilton Method Instructor at Abu Dhabi studios.
