In this workshop you'll learn how to make Manakeesh, a popular breakfast food originating from the Levant region. It is a flatbread with various toppings, including za'atar, cheese blends, onion and tomato mixture, or keshek.
What to expect from this workshop:
Prepare the manakeesh dough.
Understand yeast and proofing methods.
Shape and troubleshoot resistant dough.
Finish with a selection of toppings and bake.
All the above in addition to many tips and tricks to help achieve great results when making manakeesh.
