In this workshop you'll learn how to make Manakeesh, a popular breakfast food originating from the Levant region. It is a flatbread with various toppings, including za'atar, cheese blends, onion and tomato mixture, or keshek.

 What to expect from this workshop:

  • Prepare the manakeesh dough.
  • Understand yeast and proofing methods.
  • Shape and troubleshoot resistant dough.
  • Finish with a selection of toppings and bake.
  • All the above in addition to many tips and tricks to help achieve great results when making manakeesh.

Sondus is a certified Wilton instructor since 2017. She is also a certified Pastry Chef, Recipe Developer, Professional Sugarcraft Artist, and a Silikomart Pro Instructor. Having taught hundreds of students to date, Sondus strives to share her expertise and help students learn baking and cake decorating essentials.
