In this class, you will learn how to coat a prepared cake in perfectly smooth Swiss meringue buttercream and decorate it with drips, sprinkles, and a "melting ice cream cone" design.

 What to expect from this workshop:

  • Prepare your swiss meringue buttercream.
  • Coat a prepared cake in your buttercream with a perfectly smooth finish.
  • Learn different methods of applying sprinkles.
  • Create an upside-down melting ice cream cone effect on top of your cake.
  • All the above in addition to many tips and tricks to help achieve great results when making this dessert.
