Orange Cake Workshop

In this hands-on class, you will learn how to make a delicious orange cake that packs a citrus punch in every bite. At the end of the workshop, you will take home your freshly baked cake to share with your loved ones and show off your new baking skills.

• Learn how to make our signature orange cake recipe that features fresh orange juice and zest in the batter and the glaze, making it packed with citrus flavor.
• Our expert baker will share tips and tricks for making the perfect cake, including how to prevent overbaking and how to get a smooth and even cake surface.
• Learn basic cake decorating techniques, including how to make a simple yet elegant crunchy orange glaze topping.

About the instructor Hina Shaheen:
Hina is a Certified Wilton Instructor and has attended several cake decorating workshops with leading cake artists around the world. She has been passionately baking and decorating cakes over the last 10 years. Hina loves to create innovative cake designs, and she also likes to try different techniques and master them so she can teach them to others. She is our Wilton Method Instructor at Abu Dhabi studios.
