Pain de Mie, also known as the French sandwich bread, is traditionally baked in a Pullman loaf pan that forms its sharp rectangular shape.

What to expect from this workshop:

  • Learn the science of bread baking.
  • Learn how to use the Pullman loaf pan, and how it differs from a regular bread pan.
  • Learn the Do's and Don’ts about bread baking.

About the instructor Rana Haider:
Rana holds a culinary art diploma, she is a also certified baking instructor, food blogger, brand collaborator, and menu developer. Rana joined our Abu Dhabi team in 2018 as a baking instructor, and she shares all her culinary secrets with her students through her delicious and creative recipes.
