In this class, we'll teach you how to make a delicious rich chocolate cake with layers of Belgian chocolate mousse and get the perfect finish for a smooth sharp edge on your cake.

What to expect from this workshop:

  • Make a chocolate cake and chocolate mousse plus crunchy praline.
  • Make a ganache and chocolate sails from scratch.
  • Tips and tricks to help achieve great results when working with ganache.
  • The instructor will guide you step by step from preparation up to baking and decorating.

About the instructor Ritika Williams:
Ritika is a certified master teacher at PME US, Squires Kitchen UK, Silikomart, and Korean Design Cake Artists Association. She joined our team in 2009 as a cake decorating instructor and shortly after she started conducting a variety of breadmaking workshops and Wilton instructors training classes in the Middle East.
