In this class, we'll teach you how to make a delicious rich chocolate cake with layers of Belgian chocolate mousse and get the perfect finish for a smooth sharp edge on your cake.
What to expect from this workshop:
Make a chocolate cake and chocolate mousse plus crunchy praline.
Make a ganache and chocolate sails from scratch.
Tips and tricks to help achieve great results when working with ganache.
The instructor will guide you step by step from preparation up to baking and decorating.

About the instructor Ritika Williams:
Ritika is a certified master teacher at PME US, Squires Kitchen UK, Silikomart, and Korean Design Cake Artists Association. She joined our team in 2009 as a cake decorating instructor and shortly after she started conducting a variety of breadmaking workshops and Wilton instructors training classes in the Middle East.
