About the instructor Nathalia Margarita Gomez:
Nathalia holds a diploma in Patisserie from ICCA Dubai, and is a Certified Wilton Instructor. She has a great passion for pastry and always tries to create something unique and original. Her simplified teaching style focuses on using the available tools at home to bake and decorate cakes. She joined our Abu Dhabi team in 2021 as a baking and cake decoration instructor.
