 What to expect from this workshop:

• Prepare and bake a sugar dough and learn common baking problems and solutions.
• Assemble the envelope securely.
• Decorate the lid with fondant.
• Use an edible ink marker to write a message on wafer paper.
• Hide the message inside the envelope and seal shut.
• All the above in addition to many tips and tricks to help achieve great results when making this delicious dessert.
