Fondant & Gum Paste Course with Advance Wired Flowers Course

In this workshop, you'll learn the essentials of working with fondant and gum paste, from covering cakes to cutting shapes and painting on fondant. You'll also have the opportunity to create beautiful flowers such as calla lilies, roses, and carnations.

What to expect from this workshop:

• How to prepare and color gum paste and fondant.
• How to cover a cake with fondant.
• How to create different types of bows and flowers, including the calla lily, rose, and carnation.
• How to paint on fondant and create a design for your cake.
• Different techniques for creating beautiful, life-like flowers to decorate your cakes.
• Various ways to construct and assemble wired flowers.
• Key skills and techniques to make exquisitely wired flowers such as the exotic Moth Orchid, classic hydrangea, tropical hibiscus & more to create your very own sugar bouquet.

About the instructor Hina Shaheen:
Hina is a Certified Wilton Instructor and has attended several cake decorating workshops with leading cake artists around the world. She has been passionately baking and decorating cakes over the last 10 years. Hina loves to create innovative cake designs, and she also likes to try different techniques and master them so she can teach them to others. She is our Wilton Method Instructor at Abu Dhabi studios.
