Refund policy
References in this Booking Policy to "provider," "we," "our," and "us" means 4Homes FZCO and Aan Al Awan General Trading LLC. references to "user" or "you" means you, the person engaging with us, registering for our classes, workshops, events or services or visiting our website. Tavola Studio may change this booking policy from time to time by updating this page; make sure to check this page frequently.
A) Registration
Participant acknowledges that he/she understands the training program contents, including kits/materials and/or books provided, materials that need to be purchased and preferred skill levels that are needed to join the program.
Full payment must be made at the time of registration in order to confirm the booking.
B) Rescheduling or cancellation by Provider
In case of unforeseen circumstances training programs may be:
(a) rescheduled and prior notice will be sent to the participant 2 days in advance, or,
(b) cancelled and the participant will be given the option of an alternative session or a refund of the full payment.
The program providers cannot be held responsible for any other arrangements or expenses the participants could have made due to program rescheduling or cancellation.
C) Rescheduling or cancellation by Participant
In case a participant is unable to attend a training program and notifies the provider 7 days in advance, the participant will have the option to enrol in another program or receive a full refund.
In case the participant notifies the provider less than 3 days in advance, a cancellation fee of 250 AED (or equivalent) will apply in case the class value purchased exceeds 250 AED, and the participant will receive the balance of the payment as a gift voucher. Otherwise, if the class value is below 250 AED, the entire cost of the class will be forfeited.
In case of workshops and intensive programs, no refunds can be provided and entire payment will be forfeited..
In case of no show on the day of the class, entire payment will be forfeited.
During the duration of a training program, transfers to other programs is not permitted.
In the event that a participant misses a session from their scheduled program, the provider shall try to accommodate him/her in an another program for a “make- up” session subject to availability, provided the participant approaches the provider within 30 days, from the date of missed session. The rest of the sessions should be continued with the same instructor as earlier scheduled.
D) Materials & equipment
Provider shall provide kits or support materials for some programs (when needed). Such kits should be opened only during a class. If tampered with, no replacements or refund claims will be entertained.
All tools & equipment loaned to participants’ during the duration of a class remain the property of the provider and should be returned after the session. If deposits have been made against these, they shall be refunded upon return of the loaned items.
Participants are recommended to use tools & materials available through Tavola and Wilton shops. Any inferior quality tools may not produce the desired results.
E) Studio Restrictions
Participants are not permitted to use mobile phones in the studio.
Photography or videography is not permitted.
Participants cannot promote any businesses, services or products in the provider’s premises.
F) Copyright policy
All designs and techniques taught by our instructors are the intellectual property of the principal providers and must not be used for training others.
Programs will be conducted following the curriculum of the principal providers and deviations in response to participant’s requests are not permitted.

G) Photo consent
Participant creations may be photographed and published on provider's social media platforms.
The provider reserves the right to alter the terms & conditions at any time.
