 What to expect from this workshop:

  • Prepare the dough.
  • Understand yeast and proofing methods.
  • Shaping and troubleshooting resistant dough.
  • Methods of applying the filling.
  • Learn how to evenly roll the dough and slice into proportionate sections.
  • Prepare the frosting and apply it to the baked cinnamon rolls.
  • All the above in addition to many tips and tricks to help achieve great results when making this dessert.
