Step into the world of traditional bread making and discover the craft behind naturally leavened sourdough. This hands-on workshop focuses on understanding the process, building confidence, and creating bread with deep flavor and a beautifully textured crumb.

What to expect from this workshop:

  • Prepare sourdough dough using the correct mixing technique.
  • Understand fermentation and how it affects flavor and structure.
  • Learn how to read the dough during bulk fermentation.
  • Shape the dough for proper rise and form.
  • Bake sourdough bread for a crisp crust and airy interior.
  • Take your freshly baked sourdough home with you.

Hania Raad is a passionate cake artist and instructor with 7 years of experience in cake baking and decorating. She specializes in fondant design, sugar flowers, ganache, and buttercream techniques. Hania is also certified by Silkomart and PME.
