Croissant & Danish Pastries Workshop
Learn to prepare and bake the traditional French croissant and Danish pastries in 2-day workshop.
What to expect from this workshop:
- Learn the key techniques to work with a yeasted dough and creating a butter-laminated dough (layering the dough with butter and folding it over).
Learn how to fill the croissants and proof them properly to achieve the right texture inside.
- This class is for beginner and advance bakers looking to build up their baking skills.

About the instructor Ritika Williams:
Ritika is a certified master teacher at PME US, Squires Kitchen UK, Silikomart, and Korean Design Cake Artists Association. She joined our team in 2009 as a cake decorating instructor and shortly after she started conducting a variety of breadmaking workshops and Wilton instructors training classes in the Middle East.
